The Self Direct Personal Assistance Services (SDPAS) program is one of several options to assist individuals with the desire to remain in a home environment when possible.

The staff at Progressive Personal Care is able to offer 20 plus years of experience working with disabled and elderly populations. As the provider of Self Directed Personal Assistance Services, we believe that every individual has the right to make informed choices regarding their personal care needs and remain in the environment of their choice.

We respectfully and professionally help in identifying personal care services you need so you can experience your maximum level of independence. Our friendly staff:

• Reviews backup options, training, and recruitment plans with you.
• Works with you to complete the intake and assessment process.
• Submits and reviews state criminal background checks for all Personal Care Attendants.
• Offers training and support to you and your Personal Care Attendant.
• Provides you with education and one-on-one assistance with all SDPAS policies.
• Processes payroll for the Personal Care Attendant (PCA), including withholding taxes, providing workman’s compensation and unemployment insurance.
• Acts as a liaison between you and the Mountain Pacific Quality Health Foundation (MPQHF).
